Vibration And The Universal Law Of Attraction
Have you ever wondered if we are more than just flesh and bones? Whether you believe in a soul or not, science has proven we are far more than meets the eye. Under a large and sophisticated microscope, we are made up of trillions of cells and atoms. The human body vibrates at a certain frequency. As Albert Einstein put it, “Everything in life is vibration”. This is the law of nature that states everything has a vibration. Our cells consist of atoms and our atoms are in a constant state of motion. Depending on the speed of these atoms, objects appear as solid, liquid, or gas. Both sounds and thoughts also carry a vibration. The vibration from your thoughts manifest itself in your life. The Law of Vibration serves as the foundation for the Universal Law of Attraction. There is an enormous amount of literature to be discovered on the Law of Attraction. If you find this an interesting topic, I encourage you to read; ‘The Secret’ by Rhonda Byrne, ‘The Secret Law of Attraction – Master The Power of Intention’ by Katherine Hurst, ‘Ask and its given’ by Abraham Hicks, and ‘The Master Key System’ by Charles F. Haanel. I have just named a few popular books to get you started. Understanding vibration and frequency of our cells is vital in understanding how chakras work and their purpose.
What Are Chakras?
The human body consists of seven major chakras, each of which are energy points. The first chakra, is the ‘Root Chakra’, represents our foundation and feeling of being grounded. It is located at the base of the spine. The second chakra is the ‘Sacral Chakra’, it is located in the center of the lower abdomen, which represents our connection and ability of accepting others and new experiences. The third is the ‘Solar Plexus Chakra’, located in the upper abdomen near the stomach area. This chakra serves as our ability to be confident and in control of our lives. The fourth, is the ‘Heart Chakra’, which is located in the center of the chest, it affects our ability to love. The ‘Throat Chakra’ is the fifth chakra and it is located in the center of the throat. This chakra is responsible for; communication, self-expression of feelings and the truth. The sixth major chakra is the ‘Third Eye Chakra’, which represents our ability to connect the physical and spiritual world. It is located in the middle of the forehead, where the Pineal Gland resides. The Pineal Gland contains pigment similar to that found in the eyes and it is connected to the Optic Thalami. These observations have set forth the believe of a hidden eye located in the middle of the forehead. The final major chakra, is the ‘Crown Chakra’, located at the very top of the head, represents our ability to be fully connected; body, mind and soul.
How To Correct Blocked Or Misaligned Chakras?
When a chakra is blocked or misaligned, an organ or function of the body is impaired. By eating well, performing regular physical exercise and meditating, you can resort the proper function of your body and realign your chakras. Often, when people hear the word ‘meditation’, they think of floating in the air or visiting a different dimension, however meditation is as simple as inhaling and exhaling. The floating feeling is a very real experience for many. Just like anything, to advance with meditation, one must practice. With enough practice, you can accomplish anything, even feeling an ‘out of body experience’ or entering another dimension. Now, for many this may seem like fiction, but keep in mind, even the existence of anti-matter was considered fiction, until it was a theory, and of recent, proven as a fact.
Eat According To Your Blood Type
Dr. Peter DÁdamo is a well renowned physician who states a chemical reaction occurs between your blood and the food you eat, which is part of your genetic inheritance. This reaction is caused by a factor called ‘Lectins’. Abundant and diverse proteins found in foods that have agglutinating properties that affect your blood, are known as Lectins. According to Dr. Peter DÁdamo, ingesting food that contains protein lectins that are incompatible with your blood type antigen, causes the lectins to target an organ or bodily system and begin to agglutinate blood cells in that area. Fortunately, our immune system protects us from most lectins, however not all. For optimal health, it is important to eat according to your blood type. The Importance Of Regular Physical Exercise
Regardless of your age or body shape, you will benefit from regular physical activity. It plays a large role in decreasing stress, anxiety and depression. When you exercise, your brain releases Endorphins. Endorphins are a natural form of pain killer, and most importantly, stimulates happiness. Many people tend to over think or over analyze situations. These habits can cause stress, anxiety and depression. Without regular exercise, these negative feelings will build-up and cause chronic physical and emotional pain. To counter act these unsettling feelings, regular physical activity is crucial. Our emotional state of mind plays a large role in our health. Setting up a schedule for daily exercise, will prove to be immensely beneficial to our mind and body. When both your mind and body are healthy, your life will be a happier positive experience.
Why Meditation Has Proven To Be An Exceptionally Important Practice?
Meditation begins with controlling your breathing. Once you have maintained a control in your breathing pattern, you can focus on organizing the clutter of thoughts in your mind. The human mind has 50, 000 – 70, 000 thoughts per day. When you think about that, it may be hard to comprehend, but it is in fact true. No wonder a large amount of people are over stressed and over whelmed. The trick is not to try and clear your mind of all those thoughts, instead focusing on your breathing and while doing so, release the thoughts that do not matter anymore. For example; you may have had an altercation with a co-worker earlier that day. Hours later, when you think of the experience, you begin to feel these negative feelings. That altercation has passed and should not make a difference to your well-being, however it is still affecting your state of mind. When you hold on to this negative feeling, you are not only causing your state of mind to reflect that, you are also attracting similar experiences for your future. The Law of Attraction states, “that which is like, unto itself, is drawn.” Whatever you put your mind to, whatever you make your predominant thought or thoughts, will manifest in your life. This presents the importance of releasing any negative energy, you may be carrying by meditation. Meditation is key to success, and the master key to understanding your purpose and path.
When incorporating healthy eating, daily exercise and meditation, the world of opportunity opens up for you. By understanding the power and influence of your chakras, your abilities are endless. Without the distractions of society and social conditioning, you can rise above and truly understand your relation to the universe. When connecting your mind, body and soul, it is exactly how Muhammad Ali said; “Impossible is Nothing”.
